Professional Services Agreement

At CONSENSUS MEDIA LLC, we provide bespoke professional services tailored to each client's unique strategic communication needs. Our billing structures are designed around monthly retainers or project-based milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment with your organizational objectives.

We believe in building long-term partnerships founded on trust, measurable results, and strategic excellence. Each engagement begins with a comprehensive needs assessment to ensure our services deliver maximum value and impact.

Refund Policy

Professional consulting fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced or project hours have been logged. This policy reflects the customized nature of strategic communications work and the immediate allocation of senior-level expertise to your account.

Upon engagement, our team dedicates significant resources to understanding your organization, developing tailored strategies, and executing high-impact communication initiatives. These investments begin immediately and are reflected in our fee structure.

Contract Termination

Clients may terminate services per the terms outlined in their specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any pre-paid, unearned fees will be prorated based on hours worked and returned within 30 business days of contract termination.

A final reconciliation statement will be provided for your records, detailing all services rendered, hours logged, and any applicable refunds. We maintain complete transparency throughout the termination process.

Termination notices must be submitted in writing to autumngasior@mediaconsensusllc.com and will be processed according to the terms specified in your individual agreement.

Additional Terms

  • Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 15 business days of receipt unless otherwise specified in your SLA.

  • Late Payments: Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

  • Scope Changes: Any modifications to the agreed scope of work will be documented via written amendment and may result in adjusted fees.
